Taxware is a leading developer of global transaction-based tax calculation and compliance systems. Their software solutions simplify tax accounting procedures so that businesses around the world can minimize the risks and costs associated with sales/use tax, consumer's use tax, and value added tax (VAT) compliance. Taxware purchased the Tax Solver software package from ATX and kept all operations in Caribou. Taxware currently has 18 employees working at the Caribou site as programmers and technical support/implementation professionals and plans to expand the services offered there.
