Now in its 17th year of serving the Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Limestone, with nearly 600 employees and located in a 141,000 square foot building on the Loring Commerce Centre, has grown to an organization providing the entire operational Air Force with its finance and accounting needs. These services include: appropriated funds accounting and reporting; working capital funds accounting and reporting; accounts payable; and accounts receivable. In addition, we are the center of excellence for transportation working capital fund accounting in support of the U.S. Transportation Command and its subordinate military components. All of this support is possible because the Limestone team, with its roots in New England tradition and Yankee ingenuity, is a group of highly trained and motivated personnel using state-of-the-art technology.
